A sunny high plateau...

The location itself makes the “plateau” at 1.200 m , as the Tyrolean neighbors (who themselves gladly make trips to the Winter World of the Olympia region Seefeld!)) affectionately call the region, “Winter Lucky Strike”. Protected by the mountain range of the nature preserve Wildmoos in the west, of the Wetterstein Mountains in the north and the mountains of the famous (and protected) Karwendels, a wide plateau opens to the south. This plateau is divided by smaller and bigger “Alpine and cross-country skiing mountains” into various attractive localities. Numerous remarkable mountains invite to discover the region “from a bird's eye perspective”.  Snowboarders and Skiers, but also sun-hungry nature lovers, look at the unique landscape from the Seefeld’s Rosshütte, as well as from the Rauthhütte, which, being located half-way up the local mountain of Leutasch, invites to stop by after a ski tour or a toboggan ride.
