Magic hiking

No matter if one plans a comfortable family alp hiking or just wants to relax, making romantic walks or even seeks for a peak victory: at the 650 kilometers of hiking routes in the  Olympic region Seefeld everybody finds his/her own individual energy place.

Already its special location makes the Olympic region to a real Hiking-Mecca. It is nestled in the mountain ranges of Wetterstein, Alpine Park Karwendel and the nature preserve Wildmoos and is to the south an open high plateau, an ideal “base camp” for the mountain enthusiasts of all difficulty levels and for those, who want to become the ones. More than 650 marked hiking and mountain pathes in all difficulty levels and more than 60 farmed alps and huts represent the “hardware” for the unforgettable nature impressions: the palette starts from the family hiking in the alpine pasture paradise Gaistal through the new spectacular gorge Leutascher Geisterklamm or in the nature preserve Wildmoos across the imposing peak tours, as for instance to the peak Hohe Munde or Seefelderspitze and Reitherspitze, up to the multi-day routes in the Alpine Park Karwendel. Climbing steep roads or climbing beats make the new mountain experiences possible. Those who want to be especially sure along the way and besides this want to experience many interesting and worth knowing things on hiking, are in safe keeping at the alpine guides and mountain hiking schools of the region.
